Which reading tools do you support?
All major master tools (KESS3, Autotuner, CMD, Magic and others), plus slave files for the protocols we hold master licences for. If unsure, ask us with your tool and the vehicle before buying tokens.
How fast do I really get my file?
Standard requests are returned in 30 to 60 minutes during opening hours. Complex jobs (SCR solutions, gearbox calibrations, unusual hardware) can take longer and we tell you when we confirm the job.
Do tokens expire?
No. Tokens stay on your balance until you use them.
What if the file doesn't behave as expected?
Revisions are free. Describe the symptom (log data helps), and our engineers iterate the calibration until it is right.
Do you keep my original files?
Originals are archived with your project so revisions and future jobs on the same vehicle are faster. You should also always keep your own copy before flashing.
Are emission-related options legal?
DPF, EGR, SCR/AdBlue and catalyst-related files are supplied exclusively for competition, off-road and export use, in line with local legislation. Informing the end customer is the workshop's responsibility.
Can I get better prices as a high-volume shop?
Yes, volume and dealer conditions exist on the portal. See the Become a dealer page and contact us with your monthly volume.
Which vehicles can you NOT tune?
If an ECU is not readable by your tool or not yet covered by ours, we say so before you spend tokens. Send the exact ECU reference and we check feasibility first.
