AdBlue / SCR off
SCR systems inject AdBlue (urea solution) to reduce NOx emissions. When the system fails (frozen lines, crystallised injectors, faulty NOx sensors), the ECU starts a countdown that ends with a no-start condition. Our SCR off solution disables the complete injection and monitoring strategy.
This is one of the most complex emission strategies to remove properly, especially on Euro 6 trucks and recent agricultural engines. Our engineers handle each ECU family individually: dosing model, NOx sensor plausibility, torque limiters and the start-inhibition counters.

Frequently asked questions
The truck is already in derate mode, can you still help?
Yes. The solution removes the torque reduction and start-inhibition counters, so the vehicle recovers full power after flashing.
Do NOx sensors need to stay connected?
We neutralise their plausibility checks, so faulty sensors no longer trigger errors. We indicate per file whether they can be unplugged.
Is SCR off allowed on public roads?
No. Like all emission deletes it is strictly for competition, off-road and export use according to local legislation.
