Every option is calibrated individually per ECU, no generic patches. Prices come from the public token price list; emission-related options are supplied for competition, off-road and export use only.
DPF off
Our DPF off solution removes the complete particulate filter strategy from the ECU: regeneration cycles, differential pressure monitoring, temperature models and the related diagnostic trouble codes. The result is a clean file with no limp mode, no warning light and no leftover regeneration attempts.

EGR off
The EGR valve recirculates exhaust gas into the intake and is one of the main causes of soot build-up in modern diesel engines. Our EGR off solution commands the valve closed, neutralises the flow and duty-cycle maps and removes the related fault codes.

AdBlue / SCR off
SCR systems inject AdBlue (urea solution) to reduce NOx emissions. When the system fails (frozen lines, crystallised injectors, faulty NOx sensors), the ECU starts a countdown that ends with a no-start condition. Our SCR off solution disables the complete injection and monitoring strategy.

DTC off
When hardware is removed or changed (catalyst, sensors, flaps, secondary air pump), the ECU keeps logging fault codes and may trigger limp mode. Our DTC off service disables the selected diagnostic trouble codes directly in the ECU software, permanently.

Pop & bang
Pop & bang (crackle, burble) creates controlled detonations in the exhaust on throttle lift-off, by retarding ignition and keeping a small fuel injection on overrun. Done wrong, it melts catalysts and exhaust valves. Done right, it is a crowd-pleaser that stays mechanically safe.

Launch control
Launch control holds the engine at a defined RPM at standstill with full throttle, for consistent and repeatable starts. We activate the factory-dormant strategy where it exists, or implement an RPM-limiter-based launch on supported platforms.

V-max off
Many vehicles are electronically limited: the German 250 km/h gentleman's agreement, 180 km/h Japanese limiters, or fleet-imposed caps on vans and trucks. Our V-max off solution removes the speed limiter directly in the engine ECU maps.

E85 conversion
E85 contains up to 85% ethanol: it needs roughly 30% more fuel volume, but rewards with a much higher octane rating: cooler combustion, more ignition advance, more power. Our E85 files recalibrate injection timing, fuel mass and ignition maps for a safe, clean-running conversion.
Gearbox tuning
A Stage 2 engine pushing through a stock gearbox calibration means clutch slip, torque intervention and blunted shifts. Our TCU files raise torque limiters, increase clutch clamping pressure, sharpen shift speed and adjust shift points to match the engine file.
Start/stop off
Start/stop systems shut the engine off at every red light, then re-enable themselves at every ignition cycle. Many customers want it gone: turbo engines dislike hot shutdowns, starters and reinforced batteries wear prematurely, and the restart lag is annoying in traffic.

Swirl flaps off
Swirl flaps in the intake manifold optimise low-RPM torque on diesel engines, until they carbon up, seize, or break off and get swallowed by a cylinder. Mechanical removal kits are a standard preventive fix on BMW and Mercedes diesels, but the ECU then logs faults and can trigger limp mode.
