E85 conversion
E85 contains up to 85% ethanol: it needs roughly 30% more fuel volume, but rewards with a much higher octane rating: cooler combustion, more ignition advance, more power. Our E85 files recalibrate injection timing, fuel mass and ignition maps for a safe, clean-running conversion.
Cold start enrichment is adapted so the engine starts properly in winter. Combined with a Stage 1 or Stage 2, E85 offers one of the best power-per-euro ratios on turbocharged petrol engines.

Frequently asked questions
Does the customer need hardware changes?
On most modern direct-injection engines, no hardware change is needed for full E85 as long as injectors and pump have enough headroom. We confirm per engine before delivering the file.
Can the car still run on petrol afterwards?
A dedicated E85 file expects ethanol. Where the platform allows it, we can build a flex-fuel calibration that tolerates mixed fuel. Mention it when uploading.
How much power does E85 add?
On turbocharged engines combined with a stage file, the higher octane typically allows noticeably more ignition advance and boost than 98 RON. Exact figures depend on the engine and are quoted per project.
