Most file services stop at cars. Our engineers calibrate five segments daily, each with its own duty cycles, ECU families and pitfalls.
Cars
Cars are the core of the file service business: VAG, BMW, Mercedes, Stellantis, Renault, Ford and every major platform, petrol and diesel. Our Stage 1 files stay within the mechanical tolerances of the stock hardware; Stage 2 files are built for documented hardware upgrades (downpipe, intercooler, exhaust).
Trucks
Heavy-duty tuning is a different discipline: Euro 5/6 ECUs, torque-managed drivelines and emission systems that put trucks in derate when they fail. We deliver power files, economy calibrations and complete SCR/AdBlue, DPF and EGR solutions for DAF, MAN, Scania, Volvo, Mercedes, Iveco and Renault Trucks.
Tractors & agriculture
Agricultural machines work at constant load for hours, exactly where a proper calibration pays off. We tune John Deere, Fendt, Case IH, New Holland, Claas, Massey Ferguson and more: extra torque where the PTO needs it, better throttle response, and lower consumption at equal work.
Motorcycles
Motorcycle ECUs deserve better than plug-in boxes. At file level we smooth aggressive factory throttle maps, remove market restrictions (A2 35 kW, national top-speed caps for export/track), delete O2/decat errors and build race calibrations for open exhausts.
Marine
Marine engines run under sustained load with limited cooling headroom: a calibration error that a car would forgive can cook a marine engine. Our marine files are built specifically for that duty cycle: more torque at cruising RPM, controlled exhaust gas temperature, protected thermal margins.
