Our new file portal is live

The portal your files go through has just been rebuilt from the ground up. New address, new interface, four languages. The way it works does not change: you send the original read, you pick the job, you get the file back. Here is what matters.

A new address: portal.shop4tuner.com

The portal now lives at portal.shop4tuner.com. The login buttons on this site take you straight there, and old links to your account redirect automatically to the right page, in your language. There is nothing to do on your side, other than updating your bookmark if you had one.

Your credentials do not change. If a login hangs from an old bookmark, clear the site cookies once and log in again, and it sorts itself out.

An interface in line with the site

The old portal looked like a generic tool parked next to the brand. The new one picks up the exact visual language of shop4tuner.com: dark background, workshop typography, the same landmarks. You move from site to portal without a change of scenery, and a light theme stays one click away for those who prefer it.

Beyond looks, the point is practical: the same words mean the same things on both sides, and you no longer wonder whether you are still in the right place.

Four languages and accounts that fit your business

The portal now speaks English, French, Italian and Dutch. For our Flemish and Italian customers, that is the end of going through English by default.

When creating an account, you choose between a professional and a private profile. On the professional side, the VAT number is checked automatically against VIES, the official European database. In practice your company is identified correctly from the start, which avoids back and forth at invoicing time.

What does not change

The essentials stay the same, because that is what our trade is about: your files are handled by real tuners, in a workshop active since 1995, with its own dyno in Nivelles. Stage 1, Stage 2, DPF, EGR, E85 and the rest of the catalogue are all there, and the file comes back ready to flash, checksum corrected.

After-sales support does not move either: a delivered file is reworked and fine-tuned until the result is right on the vehicle, and you still talk to the team that built it.
