This is a milestone. The Shop4Tuner app is now available, for free, on the App Store and Google Play. Your whole file service now fits in your pocket: submit a file, estimate its cost, follow its progress and download it once modified, without ever opening a computer.
It was built for the pace of the workshop: you are rarely sitting at a desk, often with a phone in hand, between two vehicles. The app keeps up with that pace.
Submit a file in seconds
Send your original ECU file, add the vehicle, the ECU and the service you need (Stage 1, Stage 2, DPF, EGR, TCU, E85 and more). The Token Calculator instantly shows the Token cost of the service and its options, before you even send. No surprises, everything is clear up front.
Track in real time, get notified at the right moment
Every request moves from Open to Completed right before your eyes. A push notification tells you the moment your modified file is ready: no more refreshing a page or calling the workshop. One tap, and you download your file, ready to flash back onto the vehicle.
Built-in support, and a protected account
A question about a request? Open a ticket right inside the app, linked to a request or not; our engineers reply to you in the same place. And because a picture is worth a thousand words, take a photo of the situation with your camera (a dashboard warning light, your scan tool screen, the vehicle on the dyno) and attach it to the ticket: we get it at a glance.
Your account is protected by two-factor authentication (authenticator app, SMS or email). The app is available in five languages (French, English, Dutch, Italian and Spanish) and adapts to your eyes with a light or dark theme, your choice or following your phone.
How to get it
The app is free to download on the App Store (iPhone) and Google Play (Android). Head to shop4tuner.com/app: you will find the direct links and a QR code to scan. Account creation and Token purchases are handled on shop4tuner.com, then you sign in on the app with your credentials.
