Launch control
Launch control holds the engine at a defined RPM at standstill with full throttle, for consistent and repeatable starts. We activate the factory-dormant strategy where it exists, or implement an RPM-limiter-based launch on supported platforms.
The launch RPM is set to match the drivetrain: tyres, clutch or DSG calibration, turbo spool. Tell us the setup and intended use (street demo, drag, track day) and we calibrate accordingly.

Which launch RPM do you set?
By default a platform-appropriate value (typically 3 000 to 4 500 rpm); you can request a specific RPM in the upload comments.
Is launch control hard on the clutch?
Repeated launches load the clutch and drivetrain, that is inherent to the function. We calibrate conservative engagement to limit the stress, and recommend it for occasional use.
Does it work on my customer's DSG?
Most DSG/S-tronic platforms support it, sometimes combined with a gearbox file. Send the vehicle details and we confirm before you commit tokens.
