Marine
Marine engines run under sustained load with limited cooling headroom: a calibration error that a car would forgive can cook a marine engine. Our marine files are built specifically for that duty cycle: more torque at cruising RPM, controlled exhaust gas temperature, protected thermal margins.
We cover the common inboard and outboard platforms: Volvo Penta, Mercruiser, Yanmar, Yamaha, Mercury and others. A niche few file services handle properly, and one where workshops win loyal customers.

- ✓Duty-cycle-aware calibrations for sustained load

- ✓Diesel and petrol, inboard and outboard
- ✓Thermal margins and EGT kept safe
Veelgestelde vragen
How much gain can a boat engine take?
Less than the automotive equivalent of the same block. We calibrate for continuous duty, typically prioritising mid-range torque over peak figures. We quote realistic numbers per engine.
Do you handle commercial vessels?
Yes. Workboats and fishing vessels mostly ask for economy and reliability calibrations, which we build with the same thermal-margin philosophy.
